This dynamic conference is for professionals and partner organizations that coordinate, administer, or host training and volunteer programs in natural resource conservation, education, and outreach or for those interested in developing similar programming. During this conference, you can expect to gain knowledge from a diverse range of programs, network with colleagues, and obtain valuable tools to enhance your existing program or develop a new one. In addition to informative program presentations, posters, and the ANROSP Annual Member Meeting, attendees can look forward to national award presentations, the silent auction, and field trips to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and Saguaro National Park!

LODGING: The conference hotel is the AC Hotel Tucson Downtown: 151 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85701. Rooms have been blocked at a special conference rate of $169/night (single/double) until SEPTEMBER 25, 2026 at 5:00PM MST - after this date, rates and availability cannot be guaranteed. This rate applies to those staying Monday 10/19 - Friday 10/23 (to obtain the discount for additional nights, please call the hotel). TRANSPORTATION: The Tucson International Airport (TUS) is the nearest airport to the conference hotel and meeting venue. Information on transportation between the hotel and airport will be available shortly. Field trip transportation is covered by the registration fee.
CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS: Please consider submitting a proposal to present a conference session. All submissions can be made through the Call for Presentations google form on the conference webpage.
SILENT AUCTION: Members/non-members are invited to bring program merchandise, books, and local art from their home states/country and regions for our silent auction table. Nature field guides, apparel, artwork, carvings, and local gifts are encouraged. Funds raised will support ANROSP and conference scholarships.
